How we collect, use and store the information you send us.
1. Introduction
This notice explains what information Swivera Solutions Inc (“Swivera”, “we”) collects through this website, why we collect it and how it is handled.
2. Information you send us
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, business name and email address; your phone number and current website if you choose to provide them; the service you are interested in and your description of what you want to improve; and the time of the enquiry and the page it was sent from. We also record how you reached our website: the campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or utm_campaign), the domain of the website that referred you, and the first page you visited. This is kept in your browser for the current visit only, without cookies, and is sent only if you submit an enquiry. To limit spam, we also store a one-way, scrambled version of your network address. It cannot be used to identify you and is used only to stop repeated automated submissions.
3. How we use it
We use enquiry information only to respond to you, discuss a possible project and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
4. Where it is stored and who processes it
Enquiries are stored in a secure database that only authorised Swivera staff can access. A copy of each enquiry is sent by email to our business inbox using an email delivery provider, and the website runs on a hosting provider that processes requests to serve the site. These providers may store data outside Canada. They process it on our behalf and only to provide their service.
5. Analytics and cookies
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
6. Artificial intelligence
This website does not currently send your information to an AI service. If we add an AI assistant, we will update this notice to explain what it receives and how it is used before it goes live.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting work, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
8. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us by contacting us using the details below. If you have concerns about how we handle your information, you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
